Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Akopelli Art Forms LLC (“Akopelli,” “we”) operates akopelliartforms.com. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. If you have any questions, including privacy requests, please contact us through the contact form.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name and email address, how you’re reaching out (Artist / Creator, Industry Professional or Other), your message, and the details that go with your choice — for example, what you create, a website or portfolio link, your company and role, or the topic of your inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to continue any conversation that follows. We don’t sell or rent it, and we won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages without your permission.
How it’s delivered and kept
The website doesn’t store your inquiry in a database. Each submission is sent by email to our Google Workspace mailbox, where it is kept with our other correspondence for as long as it’s needed to respond and to maintain any working relationship that results. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Spam protection
To protect the form from automated abuse, our server keeps a short-lived record of recent submission times linked to a one-way coded (hashed) version of the IP address that sent them. This record can’t be turned back into your IP address, isn’t used for anything else, and is routinely deleted once it’s no longer needed for this purpose. The form also contains a hidden field and a timing check that help identify automated submissions.
Website hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Namecheap. Like most web servers, Namecheap’s servers automatically record standard technical information whenever pages or files are requested, such as the IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page and the browser type. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and they are handled under Namecheap’s own privacy practices. Server error logs may also record technical details if the contact form fails to send, but not the content of your message.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when you visit.
- YouTube. The Sea Sick video thumbnail is loaded from YouTube’s servers when that part of the page comes into view. The video player itself, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loads only if you press play. Once it does, YouTube’s privacy policy applies, and YouTube may store information on your device.
- Spotify and Apple Music. Our listening links open those services’ websites. We don’t share any information with them; their own policies apply once you visit.
- Google Workspace. Delivers and stores the emails sent through our contact form.
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. The YouTube player may do so if you choose to play the video, as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from your inquiries, or ask us to correct or delete it, by sending a request through our contact form. Choose “Other” and mention that your message is a privacy request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
